He has 31 years of experience in real estate. He was a founder and Managing Partner of Advance Real Estate (the tenth biggest developer in Mexico). He also had experience in companies such as ICA, GIA KB Homes and Hines. He has a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the UNAM and a MBA from the ITAM.

He has more than 35 years of experience in Real Estate Development and Construction, having been Director in companies such as ICA and GIA and General Director of ICA-Reichmann. Prior to joining Prosperity Real Estate, he served for 16 years as CEO of GP Desarrollos and GP Construccion, companies of the GP Group. He has a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the UNAM and a MBA from the ITAM.

He has 20 years of experience in promotion, attraction, and negotiation with multinational companies. He served as Commercial Director at RMSG and Advance Real Estate, where he developed and leased projects in Mexico’s most important markets. He also worked for the Queretaro State Government as Director of Foreign Investment Attraction, and in companies in the telecommunications sector such as Telcel, as well as in the manufacturing sector with Chevron-Phillips and Norgren IMI. He has a bachelor degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM and MBA from CEF (Spain).

He has 28 years of experience in finance, accounting, IFRS and tax planning. Prior to joining Prosperity Real Estate, he served in real estate companies such as Advance Real Estate, Hines Interest and Postensa. He has a bachelor degree in Accounting from the UNAM and a master’s degree in Finance from Escuela Libre de Negocios.
