Prior to joining Prosperity Real Estate, he served as General Director at GP Desarrollos, Hines México, Grupo Avante, and Grupo Al-Con. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from UNAM and an MBA from IPADE.

He has 31 years of experience in real estate. He was a founder and Managing Partner of Advance Real Estate (the tenth biggest developer in Mexico). He also had experience in companies such as ICA, GIA KB Homes and Hines. He has a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the UNAM and a MBA from the ITAM.

She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, with a specialization in Corporate Law.

Before joining Prosperity, he worked for companies such as Deltack, Orange Investments, and FEMSA. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from ITESM and a master’s degree in Finance from EGADE Business School Monterrey.

Norma has over 20 years of experience in customer service, administration, and leasing of industrial properties and office buildings. She holds international LEED AP and WELL AP certifications, focused on sustainability and wellness in buildings. She previously worked at Grupo Avante and Hines Interest.
Graduated in Public Accounting from ITESM, with a master’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Regiomontana, and a master’s degree in Corporate Sustainability from EALDE Business School.
